Just wondering if anyone has started the new thread for November filers?

Anyone else out there getting ready to file? My packet is all ready to go for next week...after putting about 500-1000 pages together.

You can't be serious? I think our's was about 50 pages of evidence, and I thought that was getting a bit too much.

Hey Cary,

How the heck are you? Nice to be back online and on VJ and yes I am serious...we have a lot of financial stuff together but I figure that this will be a good thing as I don't want to receive an RFE.

Doing great, wife's ROC was approved in the early summer, no RFE and smooth as can be. Looking forward to a smooth citizenship application next spring, fingers crossed on that one. She's excellent at English but isn't big on studying for the civics part yet. Plenty of time for that, though.

Oh and we've got our first trip back to her country scheduled for March.

With as many pages as you have, I'd hate to be putting the table of contents together! I think the toughest part of ours was putting the table of contents together. The paperwork evidence had been getting thrown into a shoe box the previous two years.

That's great news!! I hope that you 2 have a fantastic trip over there. No table of contents, they are just getting a 2 page cover letter listing what docs have been provided and that's it...I didn't want to go overboard LOL.

I cannot wait until my ROC approval comes just to start the N400 process all over again but I am going to do the civics classes that are offered in my area to assist with the studying. I cannot wait for this process to be finally over..

No kidding! My wife asked me if I preferred her waiting on the N400, as it costs a lot. I said no way, I want that sucker out of the way as soon as possible!

Just wondering if anyone has started the new thread for November filers?

There seems to be a November thread that started a while back!

Hey Moemac59,

I am filing in four weeks. Most of the material is ready, just waiting for the affidavits from some family members.

All the best.

You too ITERtheway. Hope the process goes smoothly for you...just getting antsy and want to send it out now but know that if I do that then it will just end being returned.

Is it recommended to include photographs to the Removal of conditions package???

photographs of my wife and I as we did the first time we filed the petition two years ago. Do you think is a good idea?

The guide on VJ is very helpful in types of evidence to submit. And yes pictures are a good idea. I took a number of photo images, put them into a word document, so it was easy to date and describe each of them. Also made including them in the packet much easier too.

Mods can you please merge the two topics?

Not necessary to include the marriage certificate. USCIS should already have it from when you AOSed. Feel free to include it if it gives you peace of mind.

There's another I-751 November thread that was previously started: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/518230-i-751-november-2014-filers/

Thanks Happy Chic,

Hopefully the mods will merge the 2 together.
