Thats what AA is all about. It is no secret and why most employers do not like it.

My analogy is is the NFL or NBA had AA for whites. It would be tragic and the games would be cheaper because everybody would know there would be better players that are not able to play because of their race. When we watch a game we expect the best players to be playing.

But, like I said before I am not opposed to AA. Someday I may be.

I agree Marv, but that's how it is in Mass. My life would had been very different if I could've landed that firefighters job.

I believe NY also had minority quotas at one time, I could be mistaken though.

Happens ll the time, yet blacks get uber offend if anyone implies they might have gotten a job based on skin color, which is exactly what happened in your case.

Th NFL should set aside at least 50% of all skill positions for-non minority players. Whites are pitifully under represented at those positions. It has to be race, no other explanations .

The nBA is 78% black and 17% white. Almost the mirror image of the national demographics. it's a shame a man can't get a fat multi million dollar contract because of his color.

FWIW I just got back from my 1 day suspension(or 2) and my joke was not a big hit with vj moderation.....so now I have a new comeback line that is vj moderation approved.
