At least in chemistry proving or disproving a hypothesis is simply a matter of observation based on your knowledge of theory and how things should behave in practice.

I do. People in here are soooo serious. And they kind of get angry when you are not in agreement with them. If I choose to believe in God over a scientist it doesn't make me a bad person.

And people practicing religion?

No need to practice. To me you should either do it or nothing at all. The bible says not to be lukewarm.

But we all know you can manipulate data to prove or disprove what we want. IF fixing something makes something else worse in the process is it really fixing? Not to say Science has not proven to be a wonderful tool in life, but we also know it has hurt a lot as well. Like bombs.

And let's not forget we were not broken until man made us broken.

And yet we see so much more destruction being carried out in the name of religion than in the name of science.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. That's what guides a lot of religious people and why scientists/man, in the quest to be all knowing, knows nothing and are so destructive.
