Postponing Biometrics -- I751

Just rec'd NOA1 and Biometrics -- the appointment is scheduled in early February but my husband will not be able to keep the appoitment because he's currently abroad. He will be returning to US in three months. Does anyone know how many times can you postpone biometrics appointment?

(The appointment notice states that the application will be considered abandoned if fail to appear as scheduled for the appointment.)

I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
