I am happy to know our government is actually working on some AOS cases...cuz god knows they haven't touched ours these days! We got Paul's EAD a while back but they have never so much as touched the AOS YET!!

Oh well everything else is going great. We have been living in our new house for a little over 2 months now and settled in nicely and planning a trip to England the last week of March. We just got back from vacation 2 weeks ago in which his dad and his dad's fiancee flew over to go with us to San Antonio, TX.

So now our main goal is getting Paul a JOB! LOL

I hope all is well with everyone and from reading everyone's post it sounds like everyone is doing great!

Just pray our AOS gets to moving along sometime soon! lol

Just to let you guys know, for statistical purposes if nothing else, I got our green cards yesterday :D

That's the end of the immigration stuff for me for at least 3 years.

I do have to get our SSN and then a drivers licence, but it's great to have the little plastic card.

Hope the rest of you who are waiting get moved forward soon.

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

That's good news, Rebecca. It's always a relief to know that medical insurance is available should it be needed. :)

I'm still trying to find a job, to no avail. It's pretty disheartening not to be offer anything but telesales jobs, when you have a degree. :P

Wow, congratulations on all fronts! Isn't it amazing how things just keep getting better once we are united with our loved ones?

Take care and good luck with the pregnancy and job hunting. Interestingly, I have discovered that there is no problem transferring administration skills. I imagined it would be hard to get work, but so far, no problem at all, so good luck to you with that too :D

Thanks, Stacy. I had a good Thanksgiving, my Mum and sister came over for two weeks so they got to spend some time with me. Which was fun.

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. I just had chicken korma, which I made with homepride korma sauce. The lady at my British food store gave it to me for free, along with some Milka Chocolate. :D I love my British food store. They rock.

:( I'm sorry, Scotty. I hope 2007 turns out to be a much better year USCIS-wise than last year was.
