Hello everyone we submitted our roc package to our atty. last week and here's the doc checklist that I sent.

1. Original signature page of I-751

2. Check $590 to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

3. Houser lease ( we are leasing our other house ) , apartment ( we moved to an apartment for 4 months ) and other affidavit docs with both of our names on it as a buyer since we recently bought a new house.

4. Copies of ALL form 1040's from tax returns filed with both of our names on it year 2012 and 2013

5. Copies of both driver's licenses , credit cards and debit cards with same address

6. 4 Copies of joint account statements on our bank account

7. Proof of health insurance in both names

8. Cars and house tittle with both of our names on it ( including previous tag documents that both of our names on it from tag agency )

9. Photos of together since we got married and with my in laws taken from family vacation

10. Affidavit from my in laws describing their personal knowledge of our marital relationship with name , contact number and signature

11. Holiday cards from my husband and in laws

12. Utility bills with my name on it

Do we have enough evidence? I just want to make sure I have having an RFE it will cause additional delay. Let me know if im missing something please thanks!

If your attorney didn't send it yet;

I would send your w2s and more bank statements.

day 2 -- 04/12/2012-- package was received.

day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

ROC

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

day 197 -- 10/20/2014-- Approval Letter received dated 10/16/2014

day 202 -- 10/25/2014-- GC received

Any credit card statements or bank statements? Every 3 months is what I sent. Also, if you do have a credit card make sure that you have a letter from company saying whomever is an authorized user and how long they have been one.

We dind't include the statement of the creditcard but we sent a print copy of both creditcard. Same wit debit card and other insurance.
