I864 8or 9 pages

Hi VJ friends

I just read someone get checklist by asking for 9pages, the page 9 is about agent who fill the form for you, I didn't include that page either, I uses the electronic processing, so should I scan page 9 and resend a new one?

If so, should I just resend I864 or the whole 864 package?

You had to send in the entire form, even if the last page was blank. I would resend the entire form again, just in case.

You don't have to resend the whole thing, just what they are asking for. So just resend the entire I-864 including that last page.
