ma da pokusat cu nesto. mislim da cak postoji mogucnost da moj tata koji je u americi ode u postu i uzme money order na moje ime a ja njemu posaljem pare odavde.

Imam jos jedan mali problemcic na ovom formularu G-325A za sebe da li ja stavljam svoje udato prezime (iako jos nemam ni jedan dokumenat sa tim prezimenom osim vjencanog lista)?

u sustini ti dokumenta moras da promenis nakon 30 dana to ej po zakonu ,po zakonu legitimno tvoje ime i prezime je ovo koje si sada odabrala ,tako da stavi novo prezime ,jer ce ti i u tvom izvodu iz maticne knjige rodjenih stojati novo prezime.

koliko sam citala uscis uklopi sve bez problema ako se menjalo prezime i ako nisu svi dokumenti na istom prezimenu -tako da ne brini oko toga.dakle kljuc je sledeci -napisi onako kako jeste .

posto sam i ja menjala prezime - ni kod mene nisu svi dokumenti na istom prezimenu ,ali zato postoji izvod iz mkr koji navodi sve promene .

A joj onda bolje da ne saljem to bi trebalo vremena i vremena da se prevede. Vjencani smo vec 7 mjeseci, imam vjencani list, western union racune, avionske karte, slike od svih mjesta gdje smo putovali, slike vjencanja i iz opstine i iz crkve, kopija pasosa sa vizama da vide da smo zajedno putovali. ja mislim da bi trebalo biti dovoljno zar ne hehe

ja sam stavila samolepljive stikere i numerisala ih kako je po cover-u .i na coveru smo pisali tacno ono sto jeste ,precizirali sta je sta -tako da na primer smo napisali da saljemo 2 fotke a ne samo fotke .cek da ti posaljem cover nas :

a vidim da ti je i muz slao divorce papers. de mi molim te reci je li on slao citav divorce decree ili samo divorce certificate i odakle ga je nabavio. Ja sam to istrazivala ovaj divorce decree je 15 stranica i ima sve o child support itd pa je meni glupo da saljem sve to a neznam da li moze da bude samo taj divorce certificate koji je iedna stranica

on je taj dokument uzeo iz suda i na njemu pise summary judgement of divorce - izdat od general court of justice i ima samo dve strane ,u njemu je napisan razlog razvoda kao i i odluka o starateljstvu .

u njegovoj drzavi ovaj dokument ne moze da bude original jer je to public dokument - tako da mi imamo a true copy i na toj kopiji suvi pecat .
