Sironhill odg na tvoje pitanje za DS260 i cjepiva: NO, medical documents will be provided at the time of interview.

Tako sam ja odg. jer kada ispunjavas DS260 jos nisi napravila ljecnicki i neznas jos koja sva cjepiva su stvarno potrebna.

Pa trazis od lijecnika da ti da karton cjepljinja i izjavu koju je postambiljao i potpisao. Sva cjepiva koja nemas ces primiti i platiti na med. Pregledu prije intervjua...

aha znaci odem kod svog decijeg pedijatra i vidim da lije karton u zivotu ,ako jeste onda uzmem potvrdu gde je on potpisao koje sam vakcine primila i overi u domu zdravlja? da li ta potvrda treba da bude prevedena?

ako nemam karton (sto ce biti vrlo verovatno jer ko ziv ko mrtav posle 30 godina u lecnickoj birokratiji) onda na medicinskom pregledu pre intervjua tamo primam ?

Ne kuzim....jeste li vi sada u Srbiji? Ako jeste, imas svog lijecnika obiteljske medicine, zar ne? U kartonu koji se nalazi kod njega su ti upisana cjepljenja jer su se zdravstveni kartoni prije "rucno" selili... Dakle on bi trebao imati tvoj stari karton kpd sebe. Ako nema, onda dom zdravlja treba imati arhiv, nakon 15g podaci nisu vise u ordinaciji.... (vjerujem da je isto u Srbiji)...

Ako to nemas cijepe te I naplate

Ako imas originalNu staru cjepnu knjizicu to ti je super :) al ako nemas tvoj dr ima u kartonu ili bi trebao imati.
