Da da, to sam i ja kontala...mislim da cu sacekati do ponedeljka (jer nesto imamo srece ponedeljkom za ta dokumenta) pa ako ne stigne do tad, zvacu ih da proverim.

Znam da ne treba 100 godina da posta stigne iz BG u NS, tako da je sigurno samo do njih i koliko im vremena uzme da posalju taj paket...

Razmisljam kako je tim ljudima u USCIS-u, NVCu i konzulatima sve to mahinalno, kao da salju neko najobicnije nebitno pismo, a mi svako to pismo cekamo kao da nam stize blago :rofl:

Ne bih da ih cimam preterano. Moze da proizvede suprotan efekat.

A svakako moram cekati bar do sutra zbog vremenske razlike...javicu vam sta budu rekli :)

Anice sti se tice dokumenta od nvc do ambasade tu se ne gube ,mislim na momenat iz ambasade do nas.a slobodno ako znas da su vasa documenta tamo zovi za info ,nece imati kontra efekat to im je posao

aaa ja sam mislila da mora da se zakaze pregled pre nego sto njima javimo da smo spremni za intervju

E da, propustih ovo: ne, zakazuješ ga svakako sam s tim što sam ja čekao da mi prvo zakažu intervju pa sam onda tek zvao i zakazao pregled za dve nedelje pre intervjua.

Pa da, jer bi bilo previse logicno da svima procedura bude u principu ista, i ne bi mogli ovoliko da zbunjuju ljude :rofl:

Kod vas što aplicirate za K-1 ne znam kakva je procedura, vi ste posebni :P

Ih, i ti bi sad svašta :rofl:

P.S. Mislim zapravo da za K1 može i vako i nako, vama ionako zakažu intervju ubrzo pošto im javite da ste spremni, ali nemoj da me držiš za reč. Nama na IR-1/CR-1 intervju zakažu u NVC-ju za oko mesec-dva dana posle case completea i kad nam zakažu intervju u istom pismu nam kažu da zakažemo pregled pre intervjua tako da u principu i nema smisla pre toga da ga zakazujemo jer ne možeš gledati u pasulj ni da znaš kad će ti ovi iz NVC-ja završiti slučaj ni da znaš kad će ti biti intervju.

Lol, to sam onda pokrio u odgovoru pre toga:

Mislim da nam je možda drugačije što se tiče zakazivanja, nama (na IR vizama) NVC zakazuje intervju. Kreni da motaš unazad po stranicama, napisao sam detaljan opis intervjua, ali u principu: Gde/kad sam upoznao ženu, šta radi trenutno i gde živi, pitala me nešto o J1 vizi na kojoj sam bio pre jedno 8 godina i par pitanja o slikama (obavezno ponesi zajedničke slike).

Nisi dobro razumeo taj deo: viza ima važenje od 6 meseci posle pregleda i to se odnosi na prvi ulazak u zemlju, tek pošto uđeš na nju u Ameriku ti postaje privremena zelena karta i onda važi godinu dana od ulaska u zemlju.

P.S. Pogledaj po forumu, to je sigurno negde pokriveno (da l vam intervju zakazuje NVC ili ambasada).

Violeta, zar nije procedura ista za sve? Zakazu intervju, kazu sta treba da se uradi i donese? Generalno bi trebalo da je isto za sve.

Koliko sam uspeo da saznam od advokata, info u vezi intervjua je slican kao sto kaze rutabaga. Nego uvek kao trazimo vise informacija. Da nas ne iznenade. :)

Za vereničke je nešto drugačija procedura koliko se sećam šta sam čitao ovde -- njima kad NVC završi s obradom dokumentata prosleđuje slučaj ambasadi pa ambasada šalje valjda checklist s dokumentacijom koju treba da spreme pa oni treba da odgovore na to pa tek onda zakazuju intervju, dok nama na IR/CR vizama NVC samo zakaže intervju kad završe s obradom svega i u tom pismu nam je checklist u kom piše šta da ponesemo na intervju i tek onda šalje sve ambasadi. Procedura je u principu slična al nije baš ista.

nije procedura za sve ista jer sam tip vize nije isti -da sam sada nastavnik matematike verovatno bih uzela ovaj pojam da objasnim primer skupova :P

elem za cr/ir NVC je taj koji zakazuje intervju u ambasadi i mi dobijamo od nvc-a pismo kada je intervju i sta da pripremimo.

za k1 ambaSADA to radi direktno sa apllikantom po dogovoru

a za F ne znam to treba prelistati stankove postove pa videti -ja sam zaboravila sta je pisao a pisao je
