How OK am I?

The nvc received my case Fri 17-oct, got a case number Mon 20-oct. My fiance immediately scheduled her medical and had that today Fri 24th Oct... We have all our interview paperwork ready, got it all together right after noa2 (24-sept) since she was here visiting me it was real easy and convenient... Yesterday I submitted the readiness form yesterday...

If the embassy receives the medical, ds160 and readiness form before they receive my file, I'll be OK, right? Were tired of being apart and are doing everything as fast as we can... Hope its not too fast...

Take my advice, I did the same thing as you, Medical on the 29th September and I did the ds160 and readiness form when the embassy received my file, Then 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing, Turns out the embassy didn't receive either forms (when I did send them both correctly and got proof that I did) I was asked to submit them again. After the 2 weeks gone to waste I submitted my second ds160 and readiness form and sent a very angry email to the embassy saying how frustrated I was etc etc, I got my interview letter 2 days after I sent the email. I would contact the embassy and ask if they have received them, Cause you will waste time like I did. Best of luck to you :)

My phone doesn't make international calls. Is there a US number I can call?

From what I have read (I don't know if it's possible/true) but there is a different number to call from the US and you'll get to speak to an actual person? Hopefully someone can correct me. When I tried to call (from the UK) I just got a machine and BOOM I started typing like a crazy mofo ^_^

According to the London Embassy website, they don't take calls for visa related queries. You have to email. The good news is that they are fairly prompt (2-3 days) at responding to emails via their website and do read what you write carefully and respond thoroughly, from my experience so far.
