:lol::lol: Our pleasure Reallyworried but it will be no good asking me about AOS, we are going in as LPR from the IR5 and as such are legal to work immediately (well once we get our ssn) and as such have no further paperwork once we get there, which is just great.

Sincerely hope that you see some movement this week on the list I know I will be checking in to see if Dwar has got his, good luck to you

I dont know if you will reply to me. But I kinda need some help. My husband was just approved his waviers (601-212) and I am trying to find out the timeline for him to go into the embassy for his visa. Can you give me some Ideal? Thanks and congrats on your approvel

:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

THE letter came today and I must admit to being too darned scared to open it so I gave it to Alan, it's his waiver after all :whistle: and he is APPROVED.....WOOOOHOOOOO it's all over we are finally on our way.

We are going to book the flights this weekend for 2 weeks today (should give us plenty of time to get his passport back) arrange the shippers for the furniture and get the dogs booked in as cargo on the same flight as us and then off to sunny Florida

What a fantastic feeling, we are so damned happy today, did a "bit" of celebrating last night for the case complete and must admit to a "small" :whistle: hangover this morning and now I have to go and do it all again for the approval :help:

Good luck to all who are still waiting and waiting, hope you all get to be with you loved ones soon

Val and Alan
