I sent an email with urgent to manila they replied back with we suggest you email us again with all your information . What a joke these people are . I checked back in my sent emails . I started emailing them sept. 21 2014 and again oct. 3 2014 . I got fed up and contacted my senators office . They are checking it for me . I would suggest you all try the same . This is ridiculous . My expiration date is dec. 29 2014 .

is there a specific steps i should do to contact my senator ?? my wife emailed them before but they didnt respond at all ..i think i will contact them again since im waitng for 10 weeks with nothing new

If your the petioner you need to call them . Ask to speak to the person in charge of immigration if they have one . They will have you print a privacy for out . If you can scan it and email it back to them . It is faster that way than mailing it .

just keep your eyes on the CEAC website ! the embassies will do nothing !!!! as soon they say its ready the embassy will contact you !! other than that they will say they didn't receive the case yet

Maybe theyjust transfer it but it should be have transfer in progress in the lower part of yourcase like mine
