Only thing I got from manila is an email saying : We are referring your October 3, 2014 communication to our processing unit for appropriate action.: and that was nov. 7th

Wow that was one month to get a reply....

I emailed hk embassy nov.2 and they reply me nov.7,saying that they already request our files from manila last nov.6 and wait for their nxt instructions...

Yeah I notified hk what I needed and they replied in 3 days saying they would release it as soon as manila requested it . I even called manila 2 times and the lady said wait til they responded .

When i called manila,the lady said

The important here is the embassy where u wanted to have an interview,.u must to communicate with them and they do the action regarding your case to transfer

Thats why,we are sure that our papers will be transfer because the hk embassy accept it.....

Yeah I guess it depends on who you talk to . The lady I talked to said they opened a case file when I called . I wanted fiancee to call because she could understand or explain it better .

Ours expires dec. 28 but I hope they will have it approved by then so they don't have to extend it .

Heloo friends ! i just wan to update you that my case updated in 25 -Nov-2014

but still TANSFER IN PROGRESS !! i dont know exactly what does means but everyone is telling its a good sign ..

have anyone has this to his case ..keep me in your prayers

I just check ceac this morning and updated nov.28,and in the last part of our case # is already "HNK"(means hongkong)... Before its "MNL"(means manila)...im waiting for packet 3 now hopefully i will receive it nxtweek.... Tnx GOD and to all people helping us.

No, just check it in ceac

and u can see updated date nov.28 then in the case # it says ready MNL2014...... 01 HNK(means hongkong)

Because before its MNL2014.....01 MNL(means manila)

Yeah I found it but says mine was updated sep. 25 grrrr. I am gonna call manila Monday and ask questions why it is taking so dang long . It is ridiculous .

Check the last part of ur case # if change...

I think our case # will not change just the letter MNL TO HNK.....

I will receive packet 3 soon...

When is your case last updated date?!
