....do u hav any idea if how long NVC hold the papers?!

Because,we are thinking that we are requesting from embassy to another embassy since our papers is ready for interview.... U think our papers still at nvc right now?!

We dont received any email reply from nvc

So we just requesting from manila

The NVC took 2 months to get our case completed ..then after that they give me the interview date 8 days ..it was so fast that I couldn't request it from the NVC ..so I requested my package from Jerusalem..but they told me to contact Cairo and get a request from them !! thanks god cairo accept us . Then Jerusalem sent me an email telling me that my case has been transferred to Cairo in September 19th . I contact cairo about my case but they always say they didn't receive the file yet . this week is the 8 th week of waiting ..praying that I get some good news soon ..praying this week

Then,oct.27 ready until now

I just see the case updated nov.4

We received hk embassy email nov.6 saying they already requested our files from manila....but still(ready) no changing in any transfer progress

Yes they are working on it..if hk usem already request the file, and still ready in ceac, probably the physical file is still in manila..try to email usem.manila for the updates..mine as far as I remember, usem abu dhabi said they request my file in usem.manila last june 16, but manila sent the file july 1..2 weeks from the time abu dhabi sent me email that they request it already..email usem manila as well..we did email both embassy every 2 weeks..until the transferred complete. .goodluck ? Try to used that email. .it's better if you and the petitioner will send them email..they used to replied to my fiance before they replied to me..so I will suggest tell to your fiance to email manila..

We tried to email that mant times,no replied even auto reply we dont received it (so sad)

Just be patient. .we've been in that situation before. .it really takes them a while before they transfer the file..like what I've told you keep emailing them..wether they are replying or not..it will be transferred soon..

No I didn't as well. .my fiancé received automated reply..It takes a while for them to reply..but don't worry as long as hk usem emailed you regarding the request. .it will transfer soon

I emailed hk and received a reply in like 3 days . I emailed philipines on oct. 3rd it took til nov. 7th and no other info yet and still waiting . Fiancee is back in Phillipines I told her to call them and see if she can get anywhere .

Yeah,me too

I dont receive any reply from manila...

But i called them,reps told me that as long as hk request our files no problem even manila will not notify me,they will send it to hk embassy

Only thing I got from manila is an email saying : We are referring your October 3, 2014 communication to our processing unit for appropriate action.: and that was nov. 7th
