I've received an yellow letter very early like on 12/02/14, does that mean nothing for their processing procedure?

My first biometric was done 12/11/14, and second one was 1/14/15 since the 1st one was not successful, and in line for interview scheduling process on 1/16/15.

So my case could be processed depending on this in line .... Date, couldn't it?

I'm not sure what you're asking As I said none of these dates can really be used to predict when your interview is going to be scheduled. However, there are normal processing times and generally speaking if your application has been stuck in a single stage for 120 days, then your application is outside of the normal processimg times and you can ask them to look into your case. Your application has now been in the in-line phase since January so you're coming up on this 120 day limit. If I were you I would schedule an infopass appointment and ask what's going on.

I'm not sure what you're asking As I said none of these dates can really be used to predict when your interview is going to be scheduled. However, there are normal processing times and generally speaking if your application has been stuck in a single stage for 120 days, then your application is outside of the normal processimg times and you can ask them to look into your case. Your application has now been in the in-line phase since January so you're coming up on this 120 day limit. If I were you I would schedule an infopass appointment and ask what's going on.

I don't think I'm out of normal processing time yet since somebody filed a few days before me had just started to get scheduling notice.

So hopefully mine would be within a month, as the latest.

Also, in our area they don't take info pass for general questions ( maybe they're too busy) unless you're told by USCIS for some special cases.

i received my interview letter it is on June 9th please update the list.

01/28/14: NOA1 (Priority Date)

03/24/15: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

03/28/15: Hard copy of transfer received in mail

07/02/15: NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally after long wait.

07/13/15: NOA2 (I-130 Approved letter hard copy)

NVC -

Today, on 5/8/15, my online status (N-400 Santa Ana CA field office) changed to interview scheduled, interview notice will be mailed!

This morning I called USCIS to inquire processing time and I asked to talk to tier2 officer.

While I was waiting for the call back, I got email for the status change.

I wonder this is a coincidence or this call would wake them up for my case...

My file received date is 11/10/14.

The tier2 officer just called me and let me know that my interview would be in a week of 6/14 and told me if the letter won't be delivered by 6/8, I can call them and they'll fax the letter to me.

She was so nice!

11/10/2011: All checks cashed, total $1490.
11/14/2011: All 4 NOAs received in the mail
11/17/2011: Biometrics Letter received in mail for Dec 8
11/18/2011: Biometrics done but 9/10 are rejected due to allergy.
11/25/2011: 2nd Biometrics letter received (send 11/23).
11/29/2011: 2nd Biometrics done but not all 10 are passed again. Hoping for the best =)
12/19/2011: Interview notice for Jan 27 at National Benefits Center (local office).
01/17/2012: EAD/AP Combo Card received.
01/27/2012: Interview done, lasts about 30 minutes but the wait is long - 1 hour. The interviewer approved us verbally, have to send in police clearance.
01/30/2012: Got police Clearance at local police station and mailed in.
02/06/2012: Card Production Ordered

01/16/2014: Receipt of I-751 Removing conditions
01/21/2014: NOA

02/10/2014: Biometrics

04/24/2014: Approval

05/01/2014: Card Received

hey guys,my interviewer was saying he waiting for a background check...do they give appointment without having their background first...he would tell me during my interview he should get it by the end of the last week,but till nothing...kinda streessss

It happens sometimes. Hopefully it's just a minor delay, but it can take anywhere from a few days to several months.

If you don't hear anything in the next 2 months, make an appointment and go follow up on your case.

If you haven't received a decision within 120 days of your interview, you will need to contact your congressional representatives for help.

The issue will be resolved, but it may just take some time... but hopefully you won't have to do any of that and you'll hear back soon.

Interview done today!! It was very easy!!

Interview was scheduled for 11:05am. I checked in at 10.55. Was called at 11:45. IO was very nice, asked for my Interview notice and green card. He asked me a few questions about my application (name, address, dob etc..). He looked into my files to make sure everything is correct. Then he gave me the test. Asked me 6 questions, I got it all correct. He then Asked me to read a question and asked me to write the answer. After that, he gave me a paper saying I passed he civic test and that I am approved!!

N400Sent - 11/10/2014
Delivered - 11/13/2014
Accepted - 11/17/2014 11:50PM
Biometrics - 12/18/2014
Interview - 05/12/2015 APPROVED!!

Scheduled for Oath Ceremony - 05/22/2015
