If someone has their son, their son's wife and their child living in their home do they have to include ALL these people?

That would equal 5 people in the household correct?

Would they include the income of their son and their son's wife as well or no?

You only include those listed as dependents on the sponsor's tax return.

They only count their own income also.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

If the son is married, then he is not counted. The wife of the son is also not counted and neither is their child. The exception is if they are claimed on the most recent tax return.

Household size would be 2: that someone and the beneficiary
