Waiting for our case to be complete

Hi guys! So we sent our AOS and IV packed and they received it September 28, 2014. We tried to call and see if there is an update but they told us they haven't opened our package yet. I'm worried that they need more documents from us/ we missed some documents, I believe we don't cause we have a lawyer that helped us.

Question: how long does it actually take to get our case complete? Does it actually takes 60 working days??

I'm also waiting for a case complete, after passing IV packet last july, we then receive a checklist last sept. Regarding our nbi, and police clearance coz its expired already so they asked for new one. They received it last oct3, and havent heard any update about it yet.let's just pray that it wont really take 60 days...

Hi, everyone I'm in the same boat as you, NVC received our IV DOCS on oct 3rd and we still need to get my wifes police clearance from Singapore where's she at now doing but on their website it states only 10 days they're lying cuz their telling her it takes 21 days to process her clearance but in the meantime I called NVC AND THEY said it's close to 60 days to receive the CC so just wait and see good luck to all

I think I read that they are reviewing mail that was scanned at the end of August. You have a few weeks yet to wait. Hang out on the OCTOBER NVC thread. Its easier to follow the CC's on that thread. There is a spread sheet to follow so you can see everyone's progress.

It took one month for me to get clearance from Singapore Police. Better ask her to apply as soon as possible.

As long as you guys are concerned for NVC, they will take 60 days to review documents.
