My case status was placed in line around July 22, it has been 90days, and I called uscis customer service, and they're saying that the processing time in Baltimore Md is 7.6months, so I have to wait and call again for a couple of months more. But I asked that its already 90days but they said it doesn't matter??! Does anybody here experienced some delays and they said something about the processing time "what nots" needs to be followed? Do we have to based on there 90 day period or the processing time?

My experienced was worst. I sent my application January 2014, after 2 weeks I got a notice saying that they rec'd my application.. and after that... I didn't get any letter or anything.. so I still waited for few months..until June, I decided to go to immigration office to ask what's going on (luckily the office is about 10 mins drive). When I asked the consulate officer, he was surprised why my application was just sitting in their queue. so, right there and then he gave me an appointment for biometrics after few weeks got an interview date and at the same time I did my oath taking.
