Gathering evidence, need advice

My husband needs to file his ROC the end of January, and I am in the process of gathering evidence, making copies, etc. I am worried I might have some gaps in the information.

I have:

• Joint bank accounts for the full span of our relationship since he immigrated (plus dual debit cards)
• Bills in my name at our Indiana address (from arrival to date of move)
• Bills in his name at our Indiana address (from arrival to date of move)
• Credit cards with my hubby as an authorized user (dual cards, my name on one, his name on the other)
• Both Indiana driver licences with our shared address
• Car insurance with my husband added as a second driver (Indiana and now California)
• The house in Indiana in both our names
• Homeowner's insurance in both our names
• Health insurance in both our names in Indiana and now in California
• The sale of our house and all supporting documents in both our names
• Documents regarding the sale of our house mailed to our new residence in California
• Final bills (from Indiana) sent to our new address in California
• New joint bank account in California in addition to one old joint account transferred here
• My new California driver licence (hubby is studying for his)
• Photos of us doing things together with family and friends in Indiana and in California
• Photos of us painting the room and putting down flooring in the room we are staying in here in California
• New credit cards for my hubby with California address that we share
• Tax transcripts for 2013 (married filed separately) and 2014 married filed jointly

We don't have a lease. We are staying with my daughter and her husband in their house (that was the room we fixed up). My husband is also in Kosovo until mid November. (I encouraged him to go now before starting a job as I doubt he could get the time off).

Questions----do I need to mention the trip to Kosovo? Is my evidence solid enough? I have a series of photos that show my husband working on the house in Indiana but I'm not in them. Include or not? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! Should I include pictures that tell a story even if they don't show both of us together? Most of the time I was taking the pictures. We have enjoyed a lot of adventures, including driving across the US.

You seem to have plenty of photos to show your family lives together. But you can add more if you want.

Remember that photos are secondary evidences.

USCIS wants to see co-mingled finances evidence which you have many.

Maybe you should also get your daughter to write a letter of affidavit that both of you are currently staying in her house.

1- I would add an affidavit by your daughter and your son in law that you both live with them + dates

2- Write a letter explain to the officer your move from Indiana to California [ make it easier for them to know your life span].

If you have some photos of you together, I wouldn't worry about photos containing only one of you that "tell a story." The rest of your evidence is so sound that I'd keep the pictures to a minimum.

A letter from your daughter might help fill in a gap or two.

How was the house in Indiana in both names? Did you add his name to the title after you got married? Or buy it in both names while he was abroad? Anyway, if I were an immigration officer, I'd be pretty convinced if a couple bought a house and then moved in there.

I added his name to the house after he immigrated because we both needed to sign papers in order to that.
