from the timeline search, seems like the only one packet that has arrived at consulate was the one that left NVC on Jan 8 and received by Jan 18.

everyone else who's packets left NVC after Dec hasn't report received by consulate yet. mine left on 18dec. DHL tracking shows it was delivered on Jan4th. but consulate keeps claiming they have not received it, anybody else's packets actually arrived according to the phone answering sytem?

Timeline

I think the holidays are playing a big role in skewing the timelines for those that received NOA2 shortly before or after December 25th. Based on timelines, I should have received NOA2 7 days before I did, and I have a friend who is over two weeks delinquent. Also, my petition should have been at the NVC by now, but according to the voice prompter they have no record of my case.

Hang in there and be sure to let us all know how things turn out!!!

Are you going by VJ timelines? I wouldnt depend on them as some of the members do not keep thier timelines current. I am sure your petition will get there soon, relax and get ready for the interveiw. You are at the homestretch now and will be with your SO in no time at all.

They are a bit behind in processing etc. from the "holiday rush". That was what the customer service agent said today, though I think this will pertain mostly to CR1/IR1 visa's and not K-visa's as they are generally "in & out" of NVC since they do not get the amount of processing that an immigrant visa goes through.

Pulteseller,

According to your info, you applied for a K Visa and would not be able to get info on your case from the automated update system. They do not enter K Visas into the system due to their short stays at NVC. You need to call and opt to speak with a customer service agent. They can assist you in updates.

Good luck and a speedy process for you both!

Sherry

We are going through the same thing. Our case left the building on the 17th. It was the only case that day to go to GZ. It was received on the 25th but they tell us they have no record

Hope evry one has a smooth and sppedy process

this is ridiculous, one that shipped 20 days later than us is already received and ours are just sitting somewhere in consulate doing nothing. i emailed them couple times informing the status of delivery, they just ignore and say it's still transiting.
