DS-157 In K-1 Casa Doc's..

Tonight my fiancee and I were going through his packet for his interview (now scheduled on the 22nd of February). He scanned the entire package and emailed it to me. We noticed that there is a DS-157 in it, in French. It has an expiration date in the top right hand corner of 06/30/2002. His instruction sheet is just like everyone else has posted here; it asks for the DS-156, 156-k, part 1 of the DS-230. Has anyone ever gotten a form in the package by mistake? Should I call or email them about this, or just write it off as human error? Thanks again in advance for any and all help!

My fiance received this form in French in his packet also. He never mentioned an expiration date. What I would have your fiance do is to fill it out just in case. I know mine did. Questions like this, you are best to go to the Middle East/North Africa forum. Everyone there has a ton of knowledge, there are so many of us there who went through Casa. My fiance just had his interview this past tuesday. Good luck, see you in ME/NA. You may not get many replies to this here, so re-post it there. Just a hint.
