Hi

Do you have an estimate or update for the upcoming December 2014 visa bulletin for EB-3 (ROW) category? Do you know it may move forward up to a year since it retrogressed by 18 months from Oct 2012 to April 2011 in May 2014 and the current cut-off date for the last visa bulletin, November 2014, is still June 2012?
