Im already in documentation process..waiting for my case to be completed in NVC

Date NVC received my civil docs was October 15 2014.

My PD is Nov 2006. My petition got delayed because my agency applied adjustment of status instead of consular process. My agency applied my workplace in New York. I just got an email last nov.25 that my case are complete. Now, i am waiting for the appointment date. Are you sponsored by an agency or direct to the hospital? Where will you be place?
