or change the oil and perform maintenance so it will not. I loved your post. This is a non issue to inflame the base on both sides, but the Dems position is valid. ROFL

Changing the oil and performing maintenance is what we do now, with very little problems and very little cost. Sounds like a system that works great to me.

Does the thought of varying circumstances confuse you?

I did a double take and had to go back and see who posted this.

This scenario on any type of large scale basis is completely laughable.

It doesn't have to be 'large scale' to be a problem.

Frankly, any system people put in place to do anything should have mechanisms in place to measure performance and accuracy. Our polling systems ought to be no different.

Sure it does. The problem has to be large enough to justify the money to fix it.

There are mechanisms in place to detect voter fraud and based on the track record, they work just fine.

At my last job, we put in a 500,000 dollar Warehouse Management System. We had good productivity and good inventories. We could have functioned without it. Hmmm

No, there aren't. The system in place is designed to leave little to no evidence of fraud.

I used to have 2010 Ford Edge that ran just fine, but decided to upgrade to a new 2013 model for no particular reason. It had low miles and ran fine and we could have functioned without it. But it was OUR money and we chose to spend it how we saw fit. Imagine that?

So you are advocating abolishing the IRS and letting us decide how we spend our hard earned money instead of the Govt. Awesome

A well designed system with minimal fraud would leave plenty of evidence of why the system works so well.

Our system doesn't do that either ;)

Yes it does. It's very easy to see how any type of voter fraud on a large scale, one that could affect an election, would be nearly impossible. the evidence is in your previous post. It's simply too time consuming and tedious to pull off.

Implicit in your statement is that fraud must be large-scale to be worthy of attention, because only large-scale fraud can swing an election. This, in a 50-50 nation. I am betting there's two synapses in your head that are just looking for each other right now.

This is not a 50/50 nation, it's more of a 53/47 nation, and one percentage point equals millions of votes in a national election, thousands in a statewide election. So yes, the fraud would have to of a large scale to sway an election.

If by "synapses" you mean a tuna sandwich and a bag of chips, you're correct. It's almost lunchtime.

Yeah right. With your love affair for the current administration, I'm pretty sure you'd actually cut anyone who said something ironic or foul about your girl Hilary.

I'm pretty sure you'd cut anyone who disputes your particular line of dishonest horseshit ;-)

Not applauding this to make fun of Teddy, but I don't care who this was said about. That's VJ gold right there. I can see Drill Sergeants saying that to recruits and it being in the movies.

I guess Drill Sergeants are still allowed to criticize recruits.

Of course you would have to explain to a large swath 0f Democratic voters what a synapse is .
