Getting an id is a problem if a poor person has to pay for it. It's not that hard to understand really. If you have no money, then paying for something you don't really need can be a burden.

What? I didn't receive this. I am going to call the Obama Free Stuff hotline, (confidential and only available to customers with memberships), immediately and complain. I want my gift bag. It will match my fourth of July outfit for next year.
