I can't see any progress coming from Texas, when they started transfering cases I thought could be a light in the end of the tunnel but I guess I was wrong. they still slow with a freaking backlog and I don't expect NOA2 before december or january. But deep inside, of course, I wish for a miracle where Texas suddenly starts approves cases faster than ever lol. I'm just lowering down my expectations because this wait drives any person crazy, it's a roller coaster of emotions. Good luck for you all :)

AGREE this :clock: sucks and will drive anyone crazy !!! im also just lowering my expectations.

Fellow July filer. No word yet. I am hoping for the end of December. I will probably have an RFE because the company I used said no need to send bona fide marriage materials at this stage. :(

Since there seems to be no way of knowing I keep hoping for this to end by April but realistically.....probably more like June or July. I wonder why they can't do a Skype for the interview? It burns my butt that I have to spend $1000.00 to fly to Montreal for a half hour visit. They do some of the K' visas in Vancouver......so much closer. Only a ferry ride away. Sigh

Same here, but in Brazil they do k1 only in Rio, so we don't have any choice. I'll spend a good amount of money to fly there plus hotel. And I just get more anxious with all that

Can anyone explain to me how they are getting timeline dates? The ones I have looked at are under the "processing" button on the top of the VJ page. This say May 27th for TSC so I am unsure where others are getting their dates from...now to be honest those dates have gone backwards as well but are usually steadily forward. So is there more than one place to look?

Yup. Lets make life easy for 5 million illegals and make it difficult for real us citizens to legally marry and migrate their fiances. It truly is disturbing. I hope us tsc people dont have to suffer any more delays because of this. It will make me furious.

The only positive is that, even by USCIS's own admission, it will take months before they can get the ball rolling on those new 5 million immigrants. USCIS is not currently accepting applications but says on their site that they hope to have more information in the coming months. This may not help filers who filed after us, or into 2015.. but maybe we can get in before it goes bad.
