Thank you Andie, u have had a looong journey to please keep me update you are one step ahead of me. Thank you soo much for your encouragement words.

Well the latest is I called NVC today to see if I could get our case number.. its only been a week and they are saying its taking 30 days at the moment. I know that's not true in a lot of cases.. I'll give it another few days and try again. Have a good night!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Tonight we were finally approved!!!

Great news you guys !.... wonderful ! (look forward to seeing you back here with your good advice)

And for those of you who are curious: Seve did not recieve an email or text. I have the USCIS case tracker and it said our case had been approved. I had to ask him to double check the case number was correct and he logged into USCIS website and confirmed. I have been jumping up and down screaming. I am so glad we got approved while I am here in the states visiting Seve :)

Processing time update. As of January 31, TSC was processing August 2, 2014.

All of you still waiting can put in a service request now!

222 Days, finally got our NOA2 notice on the USCIS page tonight !!

And for those of you who are curious: Seve did not recieve an email or text. I have the USCIS case tracker and it said our case had been approved. I had to ask him to double check the case number was correct and he logged into USCIS website and confirmed. I have been jumping up and down screaming. I am so glad we got approved while I am here in the states visiting Seve :)

Coincidentally, my fiance is here on a visit also !!! Great night for us !!!
