In case anyone was interested:

For dates of July :

18th : 10 petitions : 1 approval

22th : 12 petitions : 1 approval

24th : 27 petitions : 0 approvals : 2 RFE

25th : 06 petitions : 1 approval : 1RFE

30th : 34 petitions : 6 approvals : 1 RFE

Total for these 5 dates: , 9 approvals and 4 rfe out of 89 petitions.

These only represent the ones that I was able to do a search for soon enough. In other words, there may have been more, but they were updated to not include the anything that would indicate it was an fiance petition, so i wasn't able to count/keep track of them.

In case anyone is interested, i ran the script today to get an update. based on the same id's (src#'s assigned to id's for confidentiality) from last time.

18th : 10 petitions : 4 approvals : +3 from last time, no RFE

22th : 12 petitions : 2 approvals : +1 from last time, no RFE

24th : 27 petitions : 3 approvals : 5 RFE : +3 approvals, +3 RFE

25th : 06 petitions : 1 approval : 2RFE : +1 RFE

30th : 34 petitions : 7 approvals : 6 RFE : +1 approval, +5 RFE

Total petitions scanned: 89

Total approvals : 17

Total RFE : 13

Total worked on since last date and only out of 89 scanned : 17

also picked up a random july 28th case that was approved. so im sure they worked on a lot more than 17 since last scan. Actually, it would be at least 18. :P

Note: not complete list. if you dont like it, dont read it. thanks :)

Also think i figured out a pattern in how they pick the cases they work on, but not too certain yet. will update as i gather more.

I just called USCIS. I asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent and I waited over an hour for them to return my call. I got some woman who was incredibly patronizing. They kept saying they're just not processing petitions that were filed on or before June 25, 2014 and I wanted to scream. That information is from December 31, 2014. Don't they realize that it's February 18th now?! I'm so frustrated. Don't get me wrong, I'm so excited and happy for all of you who have received your approvals or RFEs, but I've been waiting for almost 7 months now and NOTHING. Our NOA1 was July 21, 2014 and I am having a breakdown right now. I am so angry and frustrated. This so unfair. I'm sorry for complaining, but I'm beyond frustrated right now. I'm starting to feel hopeless.

I know how you feel. I too am happy for everyone getting their approvals, but watching all the posts yesterday and today with all the people getting their notifications, while my fiance's phone and email stayed eerily quiet, is difficult. Our NOA1 is a few days after yours, July 29. I'm sure we'll both hear soon, maybe even today if we're lucky, but you still feel a little hopeless every now and then.

I am so sorry your still waiting for your approval. It will be soon. When I logged on today so many are getting approved. Hang in there your wait is almost over! I pray you hear something soon.

Just got approved! Saw it on the USCIS website at 7:45PM CST, but no text or e-mail (as most other users have been reporting). I had an NOA1 date of July 29, so I'd like to think that the remaining July users will hear something soon!

EDIT: Text and e-mail both came at 8:00PM CST.

Yesterday really was our day! My fiance called me on Skype at around 3:15 am this morning, and told me that he'd just received the text saying our petition has been approved. I'm sure I don't have to tell you guys how happy and relieved we both are. :D

Great news ! ... they seem to be seriously moving again after all. I can't even imagine how good that is but now you can make actual plans and know that you have some control back over your own lives. :)

p.s. dont forget the timeline. (makes me feel like we're moving on up when I see them on Igor's List)

Timeline updated. :) And yeah - my life seems to be a little less in limbo now, as I have more of an inkling as to when I might be able to move... I'm sure your approval must be right around the corner now, best of luck! :)

Congrats!! We contacted our representative about it, but just a few days ago, so we're not sure if he had any hand in our approval.

How can you calculate how many July filers are still waiting? Most of the remaining ones on Igor's list haven't been online for some time. I'm assuming they have been approved or otherwise.

We filed in July and we are still waiting. I was on hold for over an hour the other day to connect to a Tier 2 person and they looked at my application and asked me a bunch of questions I had filled out on the I-129F to make sure they were talking to me...well anyway, the assured me that I would have word before the end of the month. And so I wait. Only 8 days left in the month.
