Let's overwhelm them with phone call in single day and all of us ask for Tier 2 or 1. Including Aug and sep filers.

My point.......... Maybe they will change for future Texas applicants when they notice and one the officer there complains to his boss or something.

My fiance contacted his local representative today, we'll see if he can/will do anything at all...

From my experience and other writing here....... TSC gives the same excuse to ur representative as to you.

Oh, I'm not. It's more of a leave no stone unturned kind of thing. And at least it makes us feel like we're doing something, in all this horrible waiting. :(

Yay.. great news!.. congratulations..

2 people just been approved on August Filers also.. 7 and 10 Aug NOA1 dates...same thing, by mail only.

Finally some good news.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I think the system is up and running!!! My notice date was Feb 9th and just got the text and email alert!!!! Check the statuses online and I hope for the best for all of you.

Hi all,

July filer here. I have been following this thread for a long time now, but have never posted. I've been really frustrated with the system, and had just about decided to quit checking my online status for a few weeks when I got a text at 6:00pm on the dot today saying my case status was updated. When I checked online, it said approved!!! The strange thing is that the online system says my date of approval was February 12--though I have been checking my case status constantly and this is the first time I have seen anything.

Just wanted to give everyone some hope--your case may actually be approved already, and you just don't know it yet due to the online system! Maybe there were more approvals last week than we all thought. Good luck to everyone still waiting; today marked 7 months for me, so I know how terrible it feels.
