I haven't been able to check anything either I just call the number it says to call and see if anything has changed.

From what is showing on Igor's list there have been a few approved in July so I hope they continue to approve July filers.

What processing times should we be looking at the VJ Igors list timeline or the USCIS website which says April 5th

April 5th as of Sept 30th....So June should be getting processed now if that is the case. Isn't that right? That would be 5 months for June filers. I just pray we get ours soon. I don't know what else to do but pray about it.

I just look and this is what I am seeing on the timeline... Since Nov 1st through the 13th...9 June filers have been approved and 2 July filers. Most of the rest are from Aug, Sept and Oct. That is why I get frustrated!!!

I just called USCIS....they can't even access petition status because of the technical difficulties they are having. OMG....The lady I spoke with couldn't tell me anything. She was guessing and said well keep checking your status online every few hours to see if it is fixed. She said they are processing April petitions so you may want to give it 3 months. I said are you serious...hahaha. They are really clueless. I was telling her more information than she could give me. What does that say about the USCIS???? SAD SITUATION ALL OF US ARE IN.

I will call them daily once I hit 5 months if I have not been approved!!!

It's a joke, isn't it! Only, it's really not funny in any way :(

I saw you had posted and thought maybe you'd been approved.

My fiance also called USCIS earlier this week and was told the same thing. As if they don't have enough issues with backlog, they chose now, of all times, to try and give their website a makeover. Frustrated, much!

Yes it's funny but at the same time it's not. I laugh instead of crying because it frustrates me. I wish I had been approved already. I wish all of us July filers were approved already!!

I don't know if you read the post from a July filer.....Their congressman called USCIS for them and was told that their July 10th case was on the processors desk. That is hopeful! I seen you are August filer, your so close too!! So I hope we all hear something soon.

Yes, we sent our petition off on August 2nd. We have been keeping an eye on July filers' progress because we filed so close to the cusp of the two months.

Thank you for that glimmer of hope. We have booked a Holiday visit so at least we are able to spend that time together. We hadn't planned on having to budget for that, but we are very fortunate that we are able to travel. Some aren't.

We had really hoped when we filed that we would at least be at the pre-interview stage before the Holidays, in which case we could have comforted ourselves over that period knowing that it was a matter of weeks before we are permanently together. Clearly, TSC has other ideas!

Hoping for all of us that we at least hear something before the year is out. Having a time scale makes such a psychological difference in how you deal with the wait, for some reason.

when I called this morning and asked how soon will the website be fixed since we have passed five months, the woman I was speaking with couldn't give me a definitive answer. She then made the mistake of t me it would probably another 3 months. I temporarily lost my mind until my fiance told me it was probably a good idea of hang up since I was not in the best mind frame to deal with USCIS. I am very ashamed of my behavior. . .

It is very frustrating, I called yesterday and asked why I couldn't see my case status online, they said oh don't worry let me look up your case, after 5 minutes on hold the agent said oh we're sorry we can't see it either our system is down I don't know why we're having this problem, but don't worry I'll transfer you over to a tier 2 agent, so after like an hour the tier two agent calls me and tells me yea we see your case it's still under review we're currently processing cases from April 5, so basically he was reading the same thing that's on the website, but this is where it gets good lol I tell him so can you explain to me why is it that TSC is so backed up and why is CSC approving cases in 15-30 days, he says well I don't have an answer for that unfortunately our system doesn't give us that information, so I asked very nicely still, so you mr agent just pretty much only have the info that's available on the website for everyone, he says yea basically, and than he tells me you might have to wait about three more months maybe you should just relax and be more patient ?? I felt like punching him threw the phone, how dare he tell me or any of us that we need to be more patient.... But we have to have faith that's the only thing that will get us threw this mess called USCIS

Yea they have no idea what this process is like and what it feels to be away from your loved one, I really wished I had that agent in front of my face.
