In case anyone was interested:

For dates of July :

18th : 10 petitions : 1 approval

22th : 12 petitions : 1 approval

24th : 27 petitions : 0 approvals : 2 RFE

25th : 06 petitions : 1 approval : 1RFE

30th : 34 petitions : 6 approvals : 1 RFE

Total for these 5 dates: , 9 approvals and 4 rfe out of 89 petitions.

These only represent the ones that I was able to do a search for soon enough. In other words, there may have been more, but they were updated to not include the anything that would indicate it was an fiance petition, so i wasn't able to count/keep track of them.

I've been tracking petitions with a "received" date of July 25, and I can tell you that there are a LOT more than just 6, and that there have also been more than one approval and one RFE.

Unfortunately ive only recently ran my script so like i said, i mightve missed some since when they update, they dont tell you its a i129f anymore. Furthermore i dont want to make too many request since you can be locked out for a period and id rather not use a proxy. Take it for what you will. I am in no way claiming this to be complete info

We have another morning with no progress on Igors list. Ugh. :protest:

So, that makes one approval so far registered there this week, a 10/02. The other two are wrongly listed CSCs.

That must be the worst week I have seen this joining this board.

I don't even know how to feel anymore. Sad, upset, angry, frustrated, disheartened... I guess I'm a mix of all of these. My hope of celebrating 4th of July with my love seems to diminish a little every day now.

I know the feeling Renatesol. First we were planning on getting married in March, now I'm hoping for end of May but that date is slowly going bye bye. Only thing keeping me from going completely insane is I'm going to visit Seve from February 27 to March 23. I'm also meeting my future bridesmaid from England there too. But yeah today is a bad day. I've been very short tempered and bitchy all morning (it's 10:30am here).

I've messaged the two people on Igor's list and asked them to update their timeline. First I wasn't going to bother doing that but today it bugged me too much.

My NOA1 was July 21...and nothing so far.

We are of the same date and nothing yet too...

Going by Igor's list, it appears that they have not done anything on those with date of 21st NOA1 ...

Just relax and possibly take off your mind from it to concentrate on something else to ease off ...lolz

Spoke with a lady yesterday who refused to transfer me a tier 2. She said they are presently on June 26th petitions now and that I should hear from them in or before 30 days time.

I basically just hiss at people when they ask me about it nowadays, haha. At least on the inside I hiss. Gotta try to resemble a normal human being on the outside...

Well, we got our approval one week ago, and the USCIS still have our case there, they supposed to send it to the NVC after the approval but they are getting slow on everything! Just try to keep fresh and patiente. The time will arrive soon.

This is how I think they work.......... They updated the date after double checking that every applicant prior to that date is taken care of...... Or they may leave handful exceptional cases who may or may not call them to say ' my case is beyond the wait time'.

There purposely didn't impose time frame to finish cases like 5 or 6 month for you and I not to nag them. They 'promise 5 month' but when you call them....they will say ' TSC has finished only till June 25 and yours is June 26...... So you can't file enquiry''

Whichever way u see it......... TSC is off the hook for not doing things on time because THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR THEM.

They will go with whatever pace they can or want.

Me and u are losers by paying the same amount of money to process our case....... We get less quality service.

It's ridiculous

Whoever is overseeing both the Texas and Cali centers should have the brain to say ' ow, this is not fair or right both on the Texas applicant and texas workers.......... Let me move cases to Cali or hire more guys'

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

That was definitely my theory...they try to avoid people calling them as much as possible so they wait til the dates are finished then put the last date completed as the new one...smh. But who knows how things work over there

My NOA1 was July 21...and nothing so far.

I don't even know how to feel anymore. Sad, upset, angry, frustrated, disheartened... I guess I'm a mix of all of these. My hope of celebrating 4th of July with my love seems to diminish a little every day now.

Hang in there guys...at points I have found myself slightly numb in order to be able to make it through the day, but there is a light and the end of the tunnel that is not too far way :) I just pray we all don't have to deal with TSC for much longer. Hopefully tonight and tomorrow bring in some approvals. If not, surely there will be a ton next week

Yeah it's sucks and Monday is a federal holiday so no approvals...

I messaged that new couple who put in the wrong service center. One of the people I messaged yesterday has changed theirs. The other couple haven't even read the message I sent them.

I actually messaged them too! :dancing: I think I will keep doing this when I see an obviously mis-listed entry.

I am trying to keep my spirits up that we will see some approvals today/tomorrow - they are supposed to be working on a Friday after all, but I am not holding my breath. I wonder what the hell is going on in Texas.

They were doing so well, too! I really did have hope that we'd get our approval this week, but now... I guess it would be pretty ironic to get our approvals on Friday the 13th though.
