Good that it went through...I think TSC hit another slow patch, but hopefully it picks up by the end of the week and next week, so we can see a lot of approvals

I did find another confirmation of the ticket with the year on it and some boarding passes and I will print more pictures and make sure to write all the necessary info on them....thanks :)

Got 1,3,5, and 6....definitely will do some highlighting...thanks :)

Boarding passes are strong because they prove you actually boarded the flights as opposed to the itinerary which is more of a plan... but everything together makes a great picture and verifies your case...

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Only two approvals today do far

One of them was incorrect. They are actually CSC. And yes, I do click on each and every timeline when new approvals are added.

Well it seems to have been two yesterday. They both filled in their timeline so it looks like they were approved today but it has to be wrong since they haven't started today's approvals yet. So I'm counting them as Feb 9 approvals.

I think some people insert the date that they found out, not the actual date of approval.

I'm not 100% sure but I find it strange. All approvals go out at around 11pm Texas time. The first approval timeline update happened when it was in the middle of the night in Texas, morning in Europe. The second approval timeline update happened at 8am Texas time which means they had not even started working on files yet.

It's similar to the way they process the petitions: totally random. Last week there was a string of approvals which came in around 9 pm EST. Some more arrived later.

I don't know, but if I delivered at work with the same [lack of] efficiency, I would have been on the unemployment roll a very long time ago.

Do you ever wonder if, in monitoring information sites and forums like this one, they detect that we have tracked some sort of pattern and mess with it? If you think about it, it's not as crazy as it sounds. Government offices - all of them, everywhere - are all about covering up what they don't want you to see, rather than publishing information.

New processing date posted. June 25th as of December 31st. Massive sigh.

At least they moved it :-)

It is almost 20 official days forward even though there was Christmas in there too, with lots of the USCIS people off due to holidays.

This is how I think they work.......... They updated the date after double checking that every applicant prior to that date is taken care of...... Or they may leave handful exceptional cases who may or may not call them to say ' my case is beyond the wait time'.

There purposely didn't impose time frame to finish cases like 5 or 6 month for you and I not to nag them. They 'promise 5 month' but when you call them....they will say ' TSC has finished only till June 25 and yours is June 26...... So you can't file enquiry''

Whichever way u see it......... TSC is off the hook for not doing things on time because THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR THEM.

They will go with whatever pace they can or want.

Me and u are losers by paying the same amount of money to process our case....... We get less quality service.

It's ridiculous

Whoever is overseeing both the Texas and Cali centers should have the brain to say ' ow, this is not fair or right both on the Texas applicant and texas workers.......... Let me move cases to Cali or hire more guys'

In case anyone was interested:

For dates of July :

18th : 10 petitions : 1 approval

22th : 12 petitions : 1 approval

24th : 27 petitions : 0 approvals : 2 RFE

25th : 06 petitions : 1 approval : 1RFE

30th : 34 petitions : 6 approvals : 1 RFE

Total for these 5 dates: , 9 approvals and 4 rfe out of 89 petitions.

These only represent the ones that I was able to do a search for soon enough. In other words, there may have been more, but they were updated to not include the anything that would indicate it was an fiance petition, so i wasn't able to count/keep track of them.
