I have come to realize this forum is the best one on here. Always positive and supportive!!

You guys are truly the best on here. It's so amazing how attach we are to each other for moral support. LoveinGhana the day I found out that you were approved I did a joyful dance to the Lord. And I can't wait to see Maria&Seve to get approve and everyone on here. You guys are the big brotherhood and big sisterhood.?

Awww, thank you so much!

Yes, I do feel that we are the tightest group here and I am planning on sticking around until all July filers have received their NOA2 :)

It has become more personal now as we are, in a way, getting to know each other. Before when I was following June and someone got approved I was like "great, soon they will move on to July and it will soon be my turn". Now when you guys get approved I am happy for you guys and think "Sweet, they finally got approved after all this waiting!":

Haha, I feel like a crazy person that the first thing I do after waking up from Tue to Sat is checking Igor's list. And that depite the fact that my waiting has barely begun and I have easily 6 months ahead of me... :crying::wow:

I hope you have much less than 6 months. Those of us who been through that horrible ride for over 6 months would never want anyone to go through it.

Besides, looks lIke they are speeding up now and the next thing u know they transfer a bunch of cases to CSC and you are back in business :-)

Anytime :) once we get our evidence in our approvals are right around the corner

Indeed. If u made a copy of the package you sent them u can go over it and correct if you catch something so u are ready before RFE comes in the mail.

Haha, I appreciate your optimism, but I see no real evidence of them speeding up - not in the two months I have been stalking this board...

Transfers can be a double edged sword and in the September/October thread someone got their representative to request a TSC --> CSC transfer which was denied.

You guys are awesome. I know I don't know you all as well as others, but I seriously felt so alone, until I started lurking in the forums. Knowing there are others out there, who are going through the same things is a huge help, to all of us.

So thank you, everyone, (even if we didn't talk) for letting me know I wasn't completely alone in this process. :)

I don't know if this had anything to do with my approval but my Senator had sent three emails to USCIS the last one marked Urgent!! My Senator's office just called and said they responded to the last email and said we were approved!!!(I forgot to call his office yesterday and tell them we were approved...hahah). Kim (rep for my Senator) said she is keeping our case open until it gets processed through NVC!!

So it never hurts to contact your government officials for help.

I am hoping your senator had something to do with it. We contacted our Congressman and I really really hope he can do something. Not just for our case but for everyone after us as well. That is probably a naive thought but that's how I am :)

I'm not sure which thing worked or if it was just random but I do believe keeping the pressure on with calls, emails to whomever represents your district, and ombudsman lets them know the TSC situation is not acceptable. Even when stock answers are doled out - someone logged on to an email account and say god only knows how many emails with the subject headed containing TSC - they know we're out here.

Praying for another big day of approvals today so your phones can go crazy this evening. All the best.

I am feeling more positive than I have in a long time so I think whatever happens it will be good :)

I am even so confident we'll get some news soon that I told Seve I would disable the "do not disturb" function on my phone and turn off all notifications for apps apart for Google Hangout and Skype. At 1.20am I got 3 quick texts after each other and I was so sure it was Seve telling us we had been approved and I was so excited! Nope, he just wanted to share a funny Youtube video... This morning I told him how excited I was and asked him why he sent me that at 1:20am and make me thing we got approved. His response: "Oh, that's what you meant". Yeah.... Lol.

(haha.. cute.. he was keeping you company)

No change on Igor's list though I guess there were RFE;s but I thought we might have a bit of a bump there.

We are totally upside down on our days/seasons etc right now .. Just trying to keep busy and thanks guys for all the ongoing positivity. My running has improved dramatically..lol. We have to be so close and I have visions of the elves at TSC working frantically to smash the deadlines !.... Looking forward to hearing more good news here later today.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Well we had one approval yesterday. We would probably not know if anyone have gotten approved today until around 10PM Texas time as that is when they send out approval notifications, so there is still a chance! :)
