i totally agreed with you, it is totally unfair about our own decisions.... but as my partner says, everyday is one day less to be together.

Here's the Igor's List link, it is feed by the users updates i think (If someone else knows if i'm right or wrong let me know :P ).

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2

Anything else please let us know.

Regards

Yes, that's pretty much it. If anything it might be slightly conservative because not everyone updates their profile when they get their NOA2, but it does give an indication and the closest option we have. TSC is certainly not being helpful and I"m not reading all the feedback about how unhelpful and discouraging TSC is. Just trying to keep busy to stay positive.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

APPROVED! just got the text and freaked OUT (in a good way, of course)! The most painful part is I can't scream about it with my fiance, who is fast asleep at the moment. I was expecting to wait at least another week... what an amazing surprise.

My fiancée checked the website and our petition has been approved!!!

Text & email came a few minutes later (21:00 EST)

I never called USCIS, nor did I reach out to a congressman or senator.

I was worried about getting an RFE for having scanned signatures on her G-325A and letter of intent to marry, but I guess it didn't matter!

To heck with that, my fiance was fast asleep (he is England, I am eastern USA.. He is five hours ahead of me). I received our NOA2 update at 11:30pm eastern - 5:30am his time and I was on Skype in a jiffy, 'BABE GET UP WE'RE APPROVED!'. I think your fiance might forgive that one instance of waking them up :D

He had work the next day, as did I.. but oh well, this was almost 7 months!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
