Amazing! So Friday was a good day at the USCIS. Congrats to everyone!

And I was despairing at Igor's list - there are easily 25-30% of cases mis-listed at TSC that are actually CSC. No wonder the average processing time is hovering around 160d, when it is actually 200d! :)

Fingers crossed for next week with loads of approvals for you July guys and maybe even some lucky August ones!

All of a sudden next week seems real guys!!!!

Please make it happen :D

Awesome me and my fiancé are excited. My noa1 was july 08 and it seems like they are rolling hard through early to mid july now. Hold on to hope people its coming.!!!

Approved! I was at the store with my fiance this morning and realized I hadn't checked my mail yet. We were jumping up and down and people were looking at us like we were crazy. Such a blessing to get the news while I am down here. On to stage 2!

I did manage to get one CSC to actually change their timeline from Texas to California :P

Great to check Igors list and see 6 July approvals yesterday :) Keep double checking your status lol ;) Congratulations to all of you!!!

And I feel much better after my meltdown. My fiance has been saying we won't do anything, just sit and wait basically. But today it's been 6 months since our NOA1 and he told me he filed an inquiry and soon after that he sent me a copy of an email he sent to our senator. Probably won't do much for our case at this point but at least it feels like we're going something.

At this point anything we do is a plus. I am waiting to hear back from my Senator's office. A Tier 2 officer put in a service request for me on Jan 21st. So right now I will do anything to get some kind of information as to when we will get approved. Or if our case has been assigned. One positive thing the Tier 2 officer told me was the wait shouldn't be much longer. So I wait patiently and pray for good news!

Thanks for doing that Maria!

I see 8 approvals on the timeline. Even more promising! :)

I'm glad you feel better! Unfortunately meltdowns are part of this process who didn't have one got close to one, but don't regret about traveling, everything will work out perfectly. February will be another month for approvals and who knows what can happen in 28 days! (less taking weekends off anyway); Don't forget what Josh said, they work on batches! Looks like yesterday was exactly like that 7 -10 of July.

Just a quick question...Are you guys getting text approvals as well (if you signed up for that)?

Even though I was signed up for both text and email, I never received a text. I checked the website before checking my email, though USCIS did sent me an email confirmation. Not sure why the text thing still isn't working.. no doubt I will get a random text next month stating 'Your petition has been approved'

More good news guys! Remember was talking earlier about the mess on Igors list and wrote that people should be required to put in their receipt number or at least the first 3 letters to identify which service center they are at? I posted this in the suggestion forum and an admin said this was actually a reasonable idea and also said : "I can make it optional (or at least the foirst 3 digits). This information would then "override" the service center in case they input that incorrectly."

Igor's list will probably not be fixed during "our times" but for all the future users of VJ this could be really awesome!

Maria that is great! Thank you for taking the time to do all that. It would prevent a lot of mix up with service centers. Igor's list would show a more accurate timeline.
