My Senator's office just called and told me they have sent three emails to USCIS requesting information on my case. The last email that was sent was marked URGENT!! Even my Senator can't get a response, just crazy how USCIS works.

Maybe I will hear something soon!

Yep. I thought about that too, since you can choose "Yes" for transfer it could show you TSC or CSC and then change service center. But people probably would still do the same mistake, oh well. Maybe a short explanation about it under where you fill the service center would help a lot.

I think they should remove the whole transfer thing because it makes people confused. Because they think that just because their file went to California they were transferred... They don't get that everyone sends their stuff to Texas and then they sort you out where you should actually be. The transfer thing is only for the few times they actually transfer you because of heavy workload right?

One of the people who filled in the wrong timelines stuff replied saying he got transferred to California when actually he was just sent there because he lives in a place where everyone goes to California. The transfer option really just confuses everyone, especially those who never hang out in the forum and see how it really works.

So I'm assuming if we don't get any information by noon then we have to wait till next week, right? I'm talking about status updates.

What noon are you talking about? There is a lot of times zones involved here... It's 11 am in Texas, 6pm in Sweden... I think we have about 6 more hours. Though a lot of people have heard news later when it should be evening in the states so we'll see.

By the way, did you guys see the August couple that got approved? How did that happen?

Well I was referring to Central Standard Time which is what the TSC operates on. I only said noon because the last time I received an update was before noon, but that was back in December when that glitch happened with the USCIS website update.

Aha okay :) No, some of the petitioners (US Citizens) have reported getting approval texts around 8-9 in the evening. I don't know if they due that through a third party company they use or if it's a scheduled thing. Who really knows how they work :P But that seems to be the trend.

I kind of feel like a bad person because I am always happy for other people getting approved. But this time? I'm kinda upset :( Because it doesn't feel like they've been expedited or they would have been approved way earlier in the process. Unless of course some emergency came up.

I'd really like to be happy for them, but honestly, I don't feel bad about wanting to be happy for myself either.

This is an emotionally exhausting process and my only consolation is that I will not have to go through it again. :/

Well I know it has no effect on anything really but at least it makes me feel like I'm doing something.

Here here! That's what I've said about the entire process.

You are so right! The day I get my NOA2 it will probably feel like this long wait never happened (or so I hope...). Hopefully very soon we can put this behind us and look forward to an awesome future with our loved ones. And if couples can survive this, they can survive anything.
