Happy New Year to everyone!!! Again congratulations to those who have recently received approvals. I am so happy for you. For those of us still waiting, it seems like TSC might actually be speeding things up and I pray we all receive approvals soon :) 181 days strong

Hopefully this means TSC is speeding up! A bit frustrating watching end of July filers approved before they even begin early July filers (not meant to be taken as offense.. their system is just incredibly backwards).

Congrats to all who were recently approved!

Has anyone used the USCIS online case inquiry? Any point? We are outside the 'normal' 6 months processing time, but I think, if anything, they will just say they are processing May and we will have to wait until they are officially processing July. I thought the US was king of customer service!?

I've tried and once you fill out the information it tells you that you are still inside the normal processing time

It never hurts to call them or do the online inquire. I honestly think when you call USCIS it all depends on who you talk to. Some Tier 2 officers are very helpful while others give you the May 6th is being processed. We all know that is not true. Do whatever makes you feel at ease. If you need to call them please do so because you are over 6 months that could make a difference.

Good luck on your journey.

my fiancé and I are approaching 180 days since noa1. I find this absolutely unacceptable when I see others getting processed in 1 month and non filipinos from july 20+ getting accepted.(I am happy for you but I am sure you could understand our frustration) there is no order to this mess and it is completely broken. I am july 8 on noa1 and I sent the paperwork on like july 3....This is absurd. On a side note I do not agree with filipinos getting expedited...its nonsense there are plenty other worst places k1 visas are filing from. Some places are a lot more dangerous and even more poverty stricken then then they are.

Well, I''m sure there are a lot of filipinos who's lives were decimated by the recent tsunami's but you have a point about expediting due to reasons of hardship. Of course there a big geo-political issues (i.e the Philipoines geographical proximity to China and the recent US-Philipine 10 year military pact) that are also perhaps contributing factors, but these are issues for a different forum I feel!
