I am pretty sure it was a pure coincidence but I like to share that I ran into a polite, professional tier 1 guy last Friday. He told me that they are give until Sunday to fix all the validation errors and bammm!!! The errors were actually fixed Tuesday morning :-)

In late November tier 2 had submitted case inquiry for me to TSC. Now that I am able to see case status in my profile, the case history is showing the dates I submitted inquiry and when they completed it and sent me a response. Even though it indicates that they responded to my inquiry on 1st December, I haven't received any email or letter. Anyone else experiencing similar situation?

I spoke to a agent today, presumably a tier 1 agent. They told me they are doing cases from may 6 and I would have to wait 2-3 months before I hear anythibg. That shocked me. I told her I passed 5 months and this is past normal processing times and she snapped back that no I was not. I asked if some one could help look into my case and she said no it is only possible if you wait longer then submit online case inquiry or set up info pass apointment(whatever that is) at my local office. I expected her to give me the info and after a momemt of awkward silence she said thank you for calling and hung up. This person had an attitude and now I am nervous shes going to flag my case or put it further down in the que or some thing. This is aggrevating.I am sick of these people getting 1 month approvals while we sit in the dark.

No way my friend!!! Tier 1 can't even see your file, let alone flagging it. Tier 1 most likely sees what we see: online case status and processing dates. They are instructed to tell you that you are within normal processing unless your NOA1 date is before their posted date.

Ask to speak to a Tier 2 Officer because you have waited over 5 months. That is what I did and I got info on my case!!! The people at USCIS can be so rude...do not let them be disrespectful, they have no clue what we go through!! Hang in there it's all going to be okay. It's so hard I know. I do agree it's hard to see those getting approved while we wait!!

I am sorry you didn't get any answers when you called USCIS.!!

Received a letter from USCIS yesterday. Basically saying I submitted an inquiry for my case and that my case is within normal processing time.

Wow....I was hoping that they would have given you some kind of case status update! Stay strong my friend, our time is soon!!!

OMG! I am so excited right now guys! I randomly logged on to check updates only to see that our file was last touched 12/11/2014. Then I logged on to USCIS to see that our case was approved!

NOA1 was July 15th, NOA2 December 11th.

This is good news for us July filers. Yours is just by the corner.

Congratulations! :dancing: Did you do anything special to push through a quicker approval i.e. contact senator or expedite request?

Fantastic! Congrats. Just curious if you were set up to receive automated updates from USCIS. Enjoy the profound feeling of relief. Best wishes for the rest of your journey.
