NOA1 - July 10

ARN changed - July 15

ARN changed - November 3

Online status via my phone (can't access from desktop) - is at NOA1

Phone status - is at ARN 11/3

USCIS tells me in 11/17 phone call that it's assigned to an adjudicator.

USCIS tell me in 11/19 phone call, no other officer is wrong it's not assigned.

11/21 - Wrote to my congressman, again and both senators giving them a summary of the disparity in processing times, lack of access to status, etc. etc.

I submitted an analysis of the last 15 cases approved at CSC and SRC. Bottom line average processing times, in the same order, 44 vs 168. We all pay the same taxes - our service should be comparable.

Good clear summary which just illustrates how wrong this all is. We're late July filers, 6 Aug NOA1, (this time round.. but having been in the process for a very long time) so watching July progress.

It amazes me that anyone in authority can look at this picture and the disparity shown and think it is in any way ok. Hope they get moving fast and soon.

It can't be too far off guys... (F)

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Looks like USCIS is processing early to mid June - just thinking we could get approved in 30 days really helps me - hope my fellow July filers are feeling the hope now too. Of course anything sooner would sure be a blessing. Good luck everyone.

well they told us on the phone (NOA1 July 1st) that they are processing April, but then they can only say what the public USCIS records say.

Gone from despair to no-where, preparing that we may well be waiting until Feb/March for NOA2. Forget CSC guys, it will just drive you crazy...

There is no way they are still on april. I think they are rolling through mid june right about now. Judging from igors list it looks about right. I am july 8 noa 1 and i am very upset about the whole process as well. I think its unacceptable. Hopefully us early july filers get a nice christmas noa2 present....i keep telling my self thats whats gonna happen. If we got noa2 in march or april..it would be a severe injustice.

They are approving June right now. Status says April but it also says current as of September 30. December should be our month!
