Hi VisaJourney,

I have already received the e-mail from NVC for my CR-1 Visa petition. I was just wondering on what documents that are needed for me to obtain to submit to the NVC. Thank you.

Thank you StrawberryKiss. I have another question. If I already submitted my original marriage certificate thru USCIS, do you know if I have to submit another one to NVC. Thank you.

Sometimes it happens that USCIS doesn't forward all the documents to NVC. You'd have to call NVC to find out about it. But it's better to be safe and submit one at the NVC stage again in order to avoid getting a checklist and having to wait another 60 days to have your case completed. I wouldn't risk that - but that's just my opinion.
