Hello everybody.... its my first post here in the begining i wanna thank you a lot you always help me and i find the answers of my questions... I did a lot of mistakes in my case.. i am a petioner of my 5 years stepson who lives in Amman/Jordan .... my problem its i have been sent all my documents aos and iv packages by physical mail and today i called nvc to ask about case status and they told me that Amman is under EP so i asked him what should i do i sent all my original docs to you he said just wait and we will return ur docs to u when we will recive it... i dont think they will do this ... so anyone can help me plz????

do you mean AP? If the case is under administrative processing(AP) there is nothing you can do but wait. there is no way to expedite it or get around it, it just has to run it's course. It cam last anywhere from a few days to a year or more, and there is no way to know how ling it will last. If they asked for more evidence or documentation send it to them ASAP.

I'm trying to understand your post. You sent your original documents to NVC? I assume you have case complete? And you have an interview in a month or so? Then you can just ask for your originials back at the interview.

05/15/2013: Mailed I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

05/20/2013: I-130 delivered

05/21/2013: NOA1 Priority Date

05/24/2013: Cheque Cashed and received text with MSC number (Initial Review)

06/03/2013: Received Hardcopy NOA1

12/12/2013: Transferred to another office

12/13/2013: Transferred to local office

01/16/2014: NOA2 EMail Notice

01/29/2014: Transferred to NVC

03/16/2014: Notice from NVC

12/16/2014: Paid AOS Fee and submitted DS-261

01/05/2015: Called NVC and DS-261 was incomplete, gave information and wait for IV bill to be generated

01/06/2015: Paid IV Fee

01/16/2015: Submit DS-260 and emailed documents for both AOS and IV

02/18/2015: 2 False checklists received

02/20/2015: Received Confirmation/60 DAY EMAIL

03/14/2015: Received approval letter from NVC (dated Mar 10) regarding "Request for Earlier Priority Date".. which we never did such a thing

03/27/2015: Day 70 - 6.30-7.30 PM EST .... infamous 3n/as appeared!!!!!! CC confirmed by rep at 9:20 PM EST!!

04/22/2015: Received interview letter (email)

04/25/2015: In transit

04/30/2015: Medical

05/14/2015: Interview..APPROVED... ceac said ISSUED!!

05/21/2015: Visa in hand

07/23/2015: POE at YYZ

08/31/2015: Applied for SSN at local office

09/11/2015: Rec'd SSN and GC

Hi everyone... I am a new here so i dont know how to open a new topice. My problem is I am under EP at jordan and i scanned all my docus and my interview is on april 21 BUT I lost my all original documents so what is the matter now?? I CAN gather a new one but what about my affidative support form and my i-130 form??? Please help i have no time

If you misplaced your original documents, then you will need to obtain new ones. If the affidavit of support form is lost, a new one with a new signature can be printed. As for the accompanying evidence with the I-864, print out the scanned files. The I-130 form is not needed at the interview stage.

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

did you make photocopies or scans of the original docs?

if yes, you can convert into pdf easily, prep for EP

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

sure - can easily replace the i-864 on interview day, just hand it over at the window.

ds-260 already done.

i-864 easily remade

not need I-130 at all.

ages past, you sent your original civil docs into nvc - did they return them, as promised? yes? no? if no, why no ?

Nvc didnt resend my original docs to me... i amde a big mistake my husband send the original to nvc by mail while our embassy is under electronice process so i scanned all my photocopies tonvc and the case is complete now.. i replaced all my original docs but my problem is at i 864 ... Thank you my friend u really helped me

My interview after afew days but i found a mistake in i 864 form .... the country of citizenship is different than the country of birth what should I do?
