Update to website showing status: I called the USCIS number today and asked since my case is still not showing online. She told me exactly as mentioned before in this thread. Until it is 30-45 days after you receive your NOA1, you just have to sit tight. Hopefully they just haven't gotten so far as to add it to the system yet, but it is sitting on a desk somewhere at the NSC.

Mine isn't still showing to and we got our NOA1 hardcopy last 26nd of October. I posted a thread and read some posts that indeed that is all they can tell you.. one reply I got from a fellow VJ member said that sometimes they really fail to update it online but the case is being processed and next thing you know it's approval or an RFE. Mine is vermont btw.

Mailed ours to Chicago lockbox Oct 8, NOA1 showed OCT 14 and they sent to Texas (TSC),.

Last night it show approved OCT 31 and in post decision processing. 17 days from NOA1 to NOA2, wow!

hi everyone i sent my I130 off to chicago lock box on the 18th they recieved it by postal mail on the 20th of october . got my receipt text 4 days later,about a week later recieved my noa1 hard copy. it had been recieved a vermon service center . now how long until i can expect to look at them online . it is still saying case no found . anyone else havining these issues????

I am in the exact same situation as yours! I have been checking it and we just got the hard coy last 26th of October.. vj members told me to either just wait because if you call they will just tell you to wait around 45 days or 60 from the time you received the hard copy. Or, it just won't get updated until you get approved. I'm dying to at least see that my case status is somehow on the site but people say it's really nothing to worry about.

maybe someone can answer this for me . i was in formed that when you send your i130 to the chicago lock box and it is accepted and given a case number , but when it is sent to vermont is is given an new case number is this true ??????

My husband sent our i130 packet last October 3rd but we have not received any mail, text or email notification.. the check has not been cashed.. It's been a month now. Reading threads like this is very helpful but i am worried coz you guys received your receipt notice after 2 - 3 weeks.. I know we cant do anything but to wait.. It is really frustrating.. :(

Did your husband use tracking with the delivery company he used? If he used tracking he can see if it was delivered. For example mine was delivered on Wednesday October 16th via USPS Priority Express overnight. They cashed my check real fast and I received a text message the following Monday.

It might be a good time to call and check on it as a month seems to be much longer than normal. I wish you both the best.

I've read somewhere or someone that had the same situation with yours but I can't find it anymore :\ if I do, I'd still post it.

But yeah, from the threads I've read there are instances the USCIS tend to lose requirements and make them as RFE's even though the petitioner sent it complete. It kinda sucks but we have no control over it but just comply.
