Finally I received my passport with the Immigrant visa stamp yesterday.

We are planning to land in Sept, 2015.

Good luck everyone. I would like to remind those haven't heard from NVC or USCIS applicants that don't give up, keep calling to check your case status.

Congratulations! :dancing:

:wow: No one should have to wait so long! This process requires strength and patience in ways that no one from the outside can ever understand. Hang in there, but do call NVC once in awhile if you can so that they don't ignore your predicament. I'm hoping that once your case finally gets moving again that everything goes lightening fast for you.

Thank you very much!

We sent both petitions trying to speed up the process and hoping to get K3 because it supposed to be shorter (as I thought). I wish I could find VJ site before sending to USCIS these petitions.

As I understand if NVC gets I-130 first or both petitions at the same time they will close I-129F automatically and process CR-1. So, I am waiting when USCIS send my cases to NVC.

Thank you every much and I'll am just hoping that the delay doesn't make me have a long wait for d visa in hand

Look at it this Way

That is the LAST step you have.

I am sure even if there is a wait it's gonna be minimal.

For the past Two months we have been stuck at 'ds261 done, AOS paid but payment missing ...' And case at the sup review.

Congrats! :) celebrate :)

Hug your spouse for all of us who can't. :)

Thanks. I had my interview on June 25 and was approved. It was not complicated at all. The consul was training another consul so it took more time with me.

I will write a review as soon as I have a chance from work.

In the morning the package was in Ciudad Juarez still but says "Estimated delivery date: July 1" Hopefully tomorrow I will have it.

Good luck to those with interviews in June:

Isabela, Maharosa, Ccollins11, agnik, Chim, and Eric & Idalia.

May the interviews be easy and the visas approved and quickly issued!

Is cover letter is mandatory with IV and AOS??

A cover letter is not mandatory. We just used the checklist that came with the NVC welcome letter and sent it as one bundle in the order on the checklist.
