Very happy for those who get approved so quick but is a lil unfair how many people have to wait months to get approved.

We filed at the beginning of the month through the Chicago office. It took about a week but it was received and approved and is now on its way to the California office.

Hello, you're not the only one... My husband filed the petition October 24,2014,and received noa1 a week after that. Until now, we still never received noa2. We always check status online but it still on a review status... Fingers crossed for all of us, I hope we all get our noa2 soon...

Just got off the phone about 5 minutes with NVC and they were able to review our DS-261 while we were on the phone.

Finally I have finished my financial and support document submission by email today. I have paid the AOS fee on Jan 21, 2015 however, my IV Application Processing Fees is still not invoiced..... So I cannot fill the DS260 now.....

Keep finger cross for the rest of the process..............

Thanks for your tips, I called them on 13 Feb and they said they will review my case. Then I login to my case number page (nvc.state.gov) then I found the IV Application Processing Fees was changed. No more item here. So I hope they are really doing / reviewing my case.

Encourage those who haven't heard from NVC, call them!!!!

Maribe1p I hope you're able to read My post. De hace the same dates. My husband is a US citizen and I am Dominican he sent our petition on sept 29 d

2014, it was received by USCIS on Oct 3 and we got our NOA1 on Oct 11 just like you. I am not able to see my case online neither we are just in the same situation I would like to keep in touch with you so we cab help which other in any progress of our cases. I know this is frustrating. I am living it, we've never been able to see our case online it always shows a validation error or says it does not recognize our receipt number. When my husband called they said it is a website issue that they are working our case normally not to worry and be patient.

Hope to hear from you and our cases are approved this coming month. We are closed to get our noa2 cuz it is going to be 5 months since they got our files.

Ah Sorry about the typos my English is not so good. I started writing in Spanish then remembered this was a English site and had to erase everything and start again lolz. In a moment It came to my mind Maribe1p was my husband that posted our case to get some help but then thought it is not possible cuz my husband has not said it to me and we talk abou everthing lol and why would he use a woman nickname ??? I feel more relax to know I am not the only one in this situation. Hoping we get good notice soon.

Still waiting for mine to clear the bank as the weekend/holiday delayed me. Then its DS-260 time. We did most of it via Skype on Saturday. I found a offline copy of the questions. What a way to spend Valentines day. :)

About to send my aos and iv packages.. Question did you guys send the bar coded cover sheet from the welcome letter of nvc or the bar codes one from the site where we pay the invoices?

If it's supposed to be from the welcome letter can I send a copy of it?
