wow case numbers everywhere! yes me too, I am scared and excited at the same time!

I have this ROM to also think about and those CFO stickers so it's a bunch of paperwork in one!

What stage are you at now? Filled out DS 261? and waiting for the invoice?

Goodluck.. I am so happy for you guys.. I hope the docs they received just before Christmas will have the MNL case numbers too.

yes soon enough you will, just track the people's timelines here and you'll pretty much see when you'll receive yours :) Goodluck!

I just called the NVC and got my case number :) I wasn't able to to give them our email addresses due to some updated or encoding delay they have I forgot the right term but she said to call them again next week so I can give them the addresses. :) The welcome letter was sent out January 15th she said. :) I also asked for my IIN as the VJ NVC instruction said to ask for it too.

For those who are still waiting, still keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. :) But we all know here it'll be all worth it! :)

Applied I 130 when my wife was an LPR. PD Feb 03 2014. Mid of Oct my wife became USC and upgraded the petition(Oct 30). My PD also changed to Oct 30. USCIS told me to wait another 4 months to get the approvals.. waiting...

oh, sorry for that, but hang in there! This thread is here if you want to rant as this thread is for all of us going through the same stage :)

I tried clicking on the Pay Now, but I go back to the sign in page. Do you have the same problem? I'll try it everyday.

I saw DKNC's was available after a day the case number was assigned.

I hope we get to be able to pay it soon though! Can't wait! Though I have a lot to prepare for AOS. I don't know, these aos forms scare me! :halloween:

Sorry about that! I just used the link and I get an error page.. Where did you get the different link?

*update: the link you gave me must still be connected to your account that's why maybe I got a 404 error page.

I googled AOS invoice payment and clicked on that.. I've yet to wait for my husband to wake up so we can prcoceed. It's asking for bank details and such. Are you able to get to that part?

I will post when we pay it asap

That link still gives me an error page, I have yet to wait for an email as the lady could not take our email addresses she said their system is doing something so my info can't be updated yet..

I googled and got this link though

https://ceac.state.gov/ctrac/invoice/signon.aspx

It has our info when I sign in with the numbers

Sorry for the typos! My body clock isn't cooperating with me anymore :P

Congratulations. Now you're on your way again!

I ended up getting my welcome email before I called again, so I haven't given a rep our email addresses. They already have mine (from USCIS) and my spouse's email was entered on the DS-261. I'm hoping that will do the trick. Trying really hard not to need to call them much.

Glad to hear you got your case number, Trish. Curiousgeorgina, yours must be ready now/soon too. I hope you hear good news today.

Susan and Velvety, what's up with your cases? You both should have had NOA2 some time ago. I know it's within 'normal processing time,' but is there anything you can do to shake CSC up a bit?

Our case status is still "received". Frustrating, since CSC is now approving December cases... I spoke with my husband about calling USCIS but he's refusing to call (and told me not to either) because he's worried that it would mess our case up altogether. Can't blame him for thinking like this though, he's had his fair share of errors and miscommunication with his US bank and other institutions while living here now... But seriously, It would be interesting to know what has happened to our case.

He should at least call and find out if you're out of the normal processing time, if so then he should submit a service request. I've submitted a SR and a week later they sent me RFE, so that might hlep. Good luck to you guys!

Finally I have my case number. YEAH!!!

I follow their instruction to go to the website to choose an agent, however I entered the case number and the incoive number, the system said it didn't match.......

Can someone tell me what's wrong with that? Or just because the system didn't update yet?

CONGRATS! :)

Did they tell you when they sent the welcome letter? Because if they just did maybe give it another day? But if it has been days ago, maybe try to call them once again..

They should match, but I'm not sure as I called and got my numbers yesterday (20th) but they said it had been ready since the 15th so was able to automatically get in.
