Bringing brother/sisters to US

I have applied for my brother and petition is approved long time ago, now, they have added one more nephew to their family.

What should I do (what steps should I take) to have him added to the case?

When their case is at the NVC, you can add your nephew to the case as long as he is unmarried and under 21.

I have sent the email with petitioner and beneficiary information... kid info and scanned birth certificate...about 8 business days ago.

Any one know how much time NVC takes to add the new kid on the file?

I am a petitioner, it is almost 12 weeks since I have sent info to add a kid to a petition that is allready in NVC...

No update...
