My EAD biometrics notice was returned as undeliverable on 16th November and after calling many times to 0-800 national number (with no results on re-sent the notice) i decided to make an Infopass appt (it was today in the morning). The officer was really nice and while checking on the computer he said "Oh, you still didnt receive the notice for bio appt.? Im going to schedule a date for you...hey, i have for today, do you want? You can go now and make it for EAD and AOS, the office is very close to here!". And of course we said yes with a big smile on our faces!

The biometrics place was empty and i spent no more than 10 minutes in there. Soo happy!

So, for those who lives in NY are having problems, i highly reccomend the Infopass appt (mine was at 26 Federal Plaza, NY).

Cheers!

Kali

*I applied the AOS on 17th october and it was transferred to CSC on 15th november (no notice of bio. appt.) , so that was a relief!
