Should i update my timeline now or after the hard copy of the NOA2?

First congratulations, I apologize for missing that earlier.

If you have not done so, I would update now, it is an accomplishment check box and makes a person feel good. I know I could not wait to do so. first I called my fiancée on skype and then I updated VJ.

If you have not started compiling the I-134 stuff, proof of continued relationship, DS160 can be done now except for submitting use dummy information where you are not sure what to put to move on to the next part and come back a few days later. this way you are not in a panic a few weeks from now on compiling data.
