Hi I was wondering if someone can help me here? my husband did not filed taxes for any of the prior 3 years, should I still check the box that says that he filed a tax return for the 3 prior years and then write see attachment where will be his statemant stating why he was not required to file ( o income) for 2013 and 2012 and 2011 low income and W2'S with low income from IRS records

Or should I not mention 2012 and 2011?

for 2013 what IRS gave us is ''wage and income transcript''

Tax period requested ''december 2013''

form number: all forms

No record of return filed < not sure if we should send it cause i dont know if is prejudicial or not?
